Carlsberg to acquire 13.93% stake in Hanoi Beer Alcohol & Beverage Corporation

Carlsberg A/S, a Denmark-based company engaged in the production, sale, and marketing of beer, has signed an agreement to acquire a 13.93% stake in Hanoi Beer Alcohol & Beverage Corporation (Habeco), a Vietnam state-owned company engaged in producing and trading of beer.

Upon completion of the transaction, Carlsberg's ownership in Habeco would be increased to 30%.
