Quaint Oak Bancorp Names John Augustine as CFO

Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Quaint Oak Bank, has named John J. Augustine, CPA as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank effective as of October 5.
Augustine will serve as the Company's and the Bank's principal financial officer.
Robert T. Strong, President and CEO of the Company, stated, "I am pleased to announce the appointment of Jack Augustine as Chief Financial Officer." Strong continued, "We are excited to have the opportunity to round out the Management Team with the addition of Augustine, who has worked with the Company in a consulting position previously. His familiarity with the Company and his industry experience add a distinct advantage to his appointment."
Augustine has served as a director of the Bank since 2000 and the Company since its formation in 2007. Augustine previously served as Senior Manager of Teleflex, Inc., Limerick, Pennsylvania since February 2006. Augustine, in addition to other Industry experience, has, more specifically, 18 years of service with financial institutions, including serving as Vice President and Controller for Vista Bancorp, Inc., and Assistant Controller of Germantown Savings Bank.
Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc. is a community-based, savings and loan holding company providing consumer and commercial banking services through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Quaint Oak Bank, headquartered in Southampton, Pennsylvania.
