Meet On4's New CEO and President

On4 Communications Inc. (ONCI.OB) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Cameron Robb as the company's new President and Chief Executive Officer, as of September 21, 2009. Mr. Robb is also the President and CEO of the company's wholly owned subsidiary, PetsMobility, Inc.

On4 Communications completed a merger with a private Arizona company, of which Mr. Robb was President, on May 1, 2009 and adopted the private company's business. On4(TM) specializes in the integration of proprietary and non-proprietary hardware and wireless carrier platforms with non-competing vertical partners to access lucrative consumer-based niche markets. On4(TM) also looks to leverage its' strategic relationships through joint ventures, partnerships and acquisitions to provide market opportunities for emerging technologies in the LBS space.

On4(TM) can provide either hardware-only (GSM or CDMA devices) or fully integrated custom solutions, depending on end-user requirements. On4(TM) specializes in the integration of proprietary and non-proprietary hardware and wireless carrier platforms with non-competing vertical partners to access lucrative consumer-based niche markets.

Penny Green, the company's former President and CEO resigned from these positions so that Mr. Robb could take a more active role in the everyday operations of the company. Ms. Green will remain the company's Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and director.

Previously, Mr. Robb operated an executive management consultancy through which he advised private and public companies on matters such as venture capital and finance, international sales, and marketing. His clients represented diverse industries such as entertainment, technology, energy, and consumer products. Currently, in addition to his work with On4 and PetsMobility, Mr. Robb serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Canada Arizona Business Council, Firstar Sports, Inc, and serves as a Board Member on For The Earth Corporation. He is also a mentor to Arizona State University students in the Technopolis Program, established to help ASU become a more responsive and entrepreneurial university.
