INX to Present at the Maxim Group Growth Conference

INX, Inc., (NASDAQ:INXI) announced today that it is scheduled to present at the Maxim Group Growth Conference to be held at the Grand Hyatt New York Hotel on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 1:30pm.

The conference is being held at the Grand Hyatt New York Hotel in New York City on Tuesday, September 29th. The Maxim Group Growth Conference will feature interactive presentations from over 80 companies, as well as one-on-one meetings with executives from the Healthcare, Technology, Shipping/Transportation, Alternative Energy & Infrastructure and Emerging Growth sectors.

Mark Hilz, INX's President and COO, is scheduled to present at 1:30pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 in the Imperial/Booth room, at the conference. INX plans to make a live webcast of the presentation available via a link on INX's website at http://www.inxi.com/webcasts. Participants should go to the website at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled presentation in order to download and configure the conference's webcast software if necessary.
