A new business partnership of S&P Consultants, Inc. and Vedant Incorporated will now offer the highest levels of quality- and patient-safety assurance to both standard and customized applications built on the Cerner Millennium(R) platform. Both companies have particular expertise in the Cerner Millennium(R) environment, with S&P providing a broad range of consulting services and Vedant offering TestStream(R), a comprehensive suite of software testing and validation solutions for systems of all levels of complexity and scale.

The partnership will enable S&P to utilize the Vedant testing tools to market, utilize and develop customized quality-governance configurations for Cerner Millennium(R) applications. In addition, Cerner users will now be able to validate both their standard and customized Cerner Millennium(R) database builds utilizing S&P configurations within Vedant's Scenario Definition(TM) product.
