Salmon Named CFO Of Innophos Holdings

September 28, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- Innophos Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: IPHS) board has elected Neil Salmon as vice president and chief financial officer. He most recently served as CFO for ICI's adhesives business group.

Imperial Chemical Industries P.L.C., which was formerly known as ICI, was acquired by AkzoNobel.

In his new post, Salmon will be responsible for all financial activities of the Innophos companies, including the management of external financial relationships, compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.
