'Swisscom adopts Motorola's VDSL2 gateways'

Swisscom has selected Motorola's Netopia 7300 series of VDSL2 gateways.
Swisscom will provide its customers with a Motorola 7340-44 VDSL2
gateway as part of a basic package including voice and data. Users can
also upgrade to a Motorola 7347-44 VDSL2 gateway, choosing from
Swisscom's various multi-service packages. The 7347-44 is designed for
homes where multiple advanced services are to be delivered, and
supports up to two voice lines, four 10/100Base-T Ethernet ports, an
802.11b/g Wi-Fi access point, and a built-in firewall for secure home
networking. The 7340-44 is designed for single-user households and
offers support for one voice line and two10/100Base-T Ethernet ports.
