GlassHouse Technologies acquires Systems Group Integration

GlassHouse Technologies, Inc., a US-based provider of independent IT infrastructure consulting services, has acquired Systems Group Integration, Ltd. (SGI), a UK-based virtualization infrastructure consulting company.

With this acquisition, SGI's services and solutions for all aspects of distributed IT architecture will be integrated into GlassHouse's existing and complementary platform business.
