ILI Technologies Appoints New Director and Chief Executive Officer

ILI Technologies (2002) Corp. (ILI - TSX Venture), announces that Mr. Guy Farebrother has stepped down as President and C.E.O. of ILI and has been replaced in those positions by Mr. Phil D?Angelo. Mr. Farebrother will continue on with ILI as its chief technologist and will devote his time to improving the company?s products.

In addition, Mr. D?Angelo has been appointed as a director of the Corporation. ILI believes that it is prudent to add further experience to its Board of Directors. ILI welcomes Mr. D?Angelo in his new roles and looks forward to utilizing his knowledge, experience, and contacts to add further growth to the Company.

The Chairman of the Board, Thomas E. Milley stated that ?The board and the senior management of ILI are looking forward to the international experience and opportunities that Mr D?Angelo brings to the corporation. The board is also pleased that Mr. Farebrother will be staying on with the firm as its Chief Technologist.?
