Compass Group partners with Gold Mobile

Compass Group, a foodservice management company, and Gold Mobile, a provider of mobile customer relationship management solutions, have partnered to develop a customized mobile messaging service known as Zipthru Connect, a mobile and online concierge service for Compass Group customers.
Zipthru Connect offers mobile services including daily menus, mobile discounts on food, send-to-friend coupons and optional surveys that enable customers to provide preference information and real-time feedback.
Zipthru Connect can also deliver coupons and special offers to customers that have opted in.
Lisa McEuen, senior vice president of strategic marketing and business excellence at Compass Group North America, said: "Zipthru Connect has not only increased customer satisfaction, it has also increased traffic to the dining centers. It helps us to be even more engaged with our customers while keeping them informed about valuable promotions, events, and other special programs."
