(OTCBB: ICPA) the leading edge network of city based websites is pleased to announce it has retained the services of award winning 3D illustrator & animator Andy Lackow as the Company's "Brand Guru." As Brand Guru, Mr. Lackow will put into motion a major facelift to the company's 350 city websites. Fusing technical imaginary with dazzling effects, Lackow's redesign initiative will focus on the site's headers, Icons and visual layout, turning the website's word based navigation structures into fantastic iconic cityscapes which will visually guide visitors through each City's offering.

Lackow, an illustrator in the New York metropolitan area for over 30 years, uses high-end 3D software to create award-winning computer generated 3D illustration and animation. His style could be best summed up as photo-realism with attention to fine detail and a touch of whimsy. One of his specialties is "retro- futurism," the future as it was imagined in the bygone era of mid 20th Century optimism. His illustration imagery includes fantastic cityscapes and landscapes, science fiction and fantasy, architectural rendering, industrial design, logo design, type treatments, and product prototyping.
