GPT finds a new company for Homemaker City to call home

Company: GPT Group (GPTGF)

GPT Group is expected to sell a Brisbane shopping centre for around $A90m. It is understood to have identified a buyer for the Homemaker City Fortitude Valley centre, although the group is yet to formally announce the sale. GPT has so far sold two of the seven Brisbane and Sydney shopping centres it listed for sale in 2008.
