The Consolidated Properties real estate development group sees residential projects and small neighbourhood retail complexes as its main focus. Industry stalwart and principal Don O'Rorke says over the coming year Consolidated should have some $A200m worth of work in hand. It has rolled over financing deals with Bank of Queensland, Westpac Banking and the Bank of Scotland to access $A100m.
