Cypress Sets Date to Report Third-Quarter 2009 Results

Cypress Semiconductor will announce its third-quarter 2009 earnings in a conference call on Thursday, October 15 at 8:30 a.m. Pacific time.

All interested parties are requested to contact 408-943-2113 no later than Monday October 12, to reserve a position for the quarterly conference call. The event also will be broadcast over the Internet and can be accessed through Cypress's web site at cypress.com/investors.

The archived presentation will be available for two weeks immediately following the event.
