Ultimate Sports, Inc. Releases 'Chairman's Update'

Ultimate Sports, Inc. (Pink Sheets: USPS), a manufacturer and supplier to the recreational vehicle industry, announced today that the company's Chairman, Dr. Martin Maassen, has prepared a statement containing a series of updates surrounding Ultimate Sports.

Dr. Maassen states, "Ultimate Sports has had a productive year. The combination of new innovations and sales of our award-winning X2 Triple Threat Skis have made for a year filled with progress and revenue.

"Weather experts are forecasting increased snowfall this winter which will propel sales of USI's products. Years with greater snowfall have generally produced a 20-30% increase in sales. Major snowmobile manufacturers are also gearing up for an expected banner year.

"I am pleased to share with you that work steadily continues on perfecting the new track assist unit. We anticipate that the units will be ready for a mid-season release to the market. The units will retail for around $199 per kit, and we plan to sell at least 5,000 kits per year.

"I am also delighted with the progress of our Green Vehicle which we expect to introduce in the spring of 2010.

"Our representatives are busy at trade shows across the country promoting our product lines. It is evident that trade shows give our sales a boost, mainly due to the opportunity for on-the-spot product inspection and the chance to ask questions of our ski equipment experts.

"We find that overall sales and revenue numbers seem to be increasing despite the recession. This goes to show that the sports industry has some recession-proof qualities. According to the International Snowmobile Manufacturers Association, over $28 billion in economic activity occurred in North America related to snowmobiling in the 2008-2009 season. In addition, 1,652,642 snowmobiles were registered in the United States in 2009; up 1% over 2008. These facts prove that the snowmobile industry is a profitable one, and a great place for USI to excel.

"Great things are happening at Ultimate Sports. We anticipate an excellent season and are anxious to share our findings and successes with our valued investment community."
