United they rise: adviser takes aim at bosses' pay

United Group faces shareholder opposition to the remuneration of its CEO at its annual meeting on 22 October 2009. RiskMetrics has advised shareholders that the engineering company had significantly increased the fixed pay of Richard Leupen, as well as increasing his bonus potential.
