The Romanian market for enterprise telecommunications equipment may shrink by up to 40 percent this year, but is expected to recover by Q1 2011, the Business Standard writes citing the managing director of Siemens Enterprise Communications' local division, Andrei Pietruschevici. The market's main problem is that companies still are not looking at how to optimise the ircosts for telecommunications infrastructure, Pietruschevici believes. He said that the market's profit margin is situated around 50 percent for services and at 15-20 percent for the hardware segment. Siemens Enterprise Communications' Romanian division was established in 2003 and currently employs 82 staff.
