The awards were presented today during Tech Data's annual Vendor Partner Summit in Orlando, which drew nearly 500 technology executives, and sales and marketing professionals for the unveiling of the company's 2010 marketing programs. Lenovo -- Vendor Partner of the Year

Lenovo was honored as the Vendor Partner of the Year, the most prestigious of Tech Data's Vendor Partner Awards. Lenovo and Tech Data created new marketing programs, strategically aligned resources and strengthened supply chain practices to successfully capitalize on the demand for the manufacturer's desktops, notebooks, servers, tablets and workstations among small and medium businesses (SMBs).

HP -- Best SMB-Focused Vendor Partner of the Year

HP, this year's Best SMB-Focused Vendor Partner, proved that a partner-first mentality and commitment to the SMB market can deliver strong results under difficult economic conditions. Taking advantage of Tech Data's SMB Sales resources and leading market intelligence capabilities, HP expanded the number of resellers purchasing its solutions within a select, targeted SMB reseller account base.

APC -- Supply Chain Partner of the Year

Throughout the past year, Tech Data and APC have collaborated to improve supply chain efficiencies between the two companies. Symantec -- Sales and Marketing Innovator of the Year
