View Systems Closes Deal With Environmental Systems Products (ESP)

The contract involves installation of networked video surveillance systems at all of Maryland's 18 Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP) locations. Work is expected to begin within the next few weeks.

This order was issued to View shortly after a highly competitive bidding process during which the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) recommended ESP for award of the state's Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP) contract through the year 2014. Since EPA gained this sought-after award, they had the ability to select a contractor to provide the necessary surveillance systems to the VEIP locations which were under their care. After multiple conversations and a demo presentation, they chose View Systems.
