'Carphone Warehouse, Napster unveil UK digital music deal'

Carphone Warehouse has teamed with Napster to offer a new digital music service to customers in over 820 UK stores. Carphone Warehouse customers will be offered the new Napster Unlimited package at GBP 5 per month, combining ad-free unlimited music streaming with MP3s tracks to download and keep. Carphone stores are now selling pre-paid cards for the service at GBP 15 (for three months access and 15 MP3s), GBP 30 (6 months streaming and 30 MP3s) and GBP 60 (12 months streaming and 60 MP3s). Carphone Warehouse will also be offering customers a free one month trial of the Napster Unlimited plan. Carphone UK CEO Andrew Harrison said the partner with Napster was an exiting development of its digital services.
