'Just 20 days left to apply for Vodafone charity work places'

Vodafone UK has confirmed that only 20 days remain for people to apply for one of 500 2-month paid placements with a UK charity. The World of Difference campaign is open to people aged 18 and over. For successful applications, the Vodafone Foundation will pay their selected charities GBP 2,500, with the balance paid to applicants after tax and NI contributions have been taken into account. In addition, Vodafone UK will donate a new mobile phone and pre-paid credit to each of the 500 successful applicants so they can share their experiences with friends and family. Applications must be submitted by 03 November, with the first placements starting in January 2010.
