Noveko signs distribution agreement with SappTech for antimicrobial masks AZURO(TM) hand sanitizers

Noveko, Inc., a subsidiary of Noveko International, Inc., has signed a three-year exclusive distribution agreement with SappTech Sdn Bhd for its antimicrobial masks and respirators and its AZURO(TM) hand sanitizers in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and in the State of Brunei Darussalam

SappTech is a Malaysia-based manufacturer and distributor of air, water and surface disinfection systems, while Noveko is a Canada-based manufacturer of respiratory and surgical masks, air filters and portable ultrasound scanners.

Under the terms of the agreement, SappTech will purchase a minimum of 100 million masks for an estimated value of approximately $25 million. In order to maintain its exclusive distribution rights in the territory throughout the term, SappTech must proceed, on a yearly basis, with purchases of masks equal to at least one third of the minimum purchase.
