Vodafone Hutchison, Telstra unite against consumer watchdog

Mobile telephone company, Vodafone Hutchison, has supported Telstra in criticism of proposed telecommunications legislation. Vodafone Hutchison does not believe that the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission should have the power to set the price for access to Telstra's network, as this presents the regulator with a conflict of interests.
