ValueClick to Announce Third Quarter 2009 Results on October 27

ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq: VCLK) announced that it will release its third quarter 2009 financial results on Tuesday, October 27 at approximately 4:05 p.m. ET.

At 4:30 p.m. ET, chief executive officer Tom Vadnais and chief financial officer John Pitstick will host a conference call and Webcast to discuss the Company's results.
