GeoPark Holdings to acquire certain properties from Chevron Argentina

GeoPark Holdings Limited has entered into preliminary discussions to acquire certain properties located in Argentina from Chevron Argentina S.R.L., a producer of oil and natural gas and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chevron Corporation.

GeoPark Holdings is a Bermuda-based oil and gas exploration and production company, while Chevron Corporation is a US-based integrated energy company.
