'Alcatel-Lucent opens Alcatel-Lucent University in Istanbul'

Alcatel-Lucent designated its Istanbul training centre as an official location of Alcatel-Lucent University. As the second Alcatel-Lucent University to achieve accreditation in the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), Central and Southern European region, Alcatel-Lucent UniversityAcaeaEURoeIstanbul has been relocated to a new and modern facility. The learning centre provides customer and employee training on a wide variety of products and services supporting voice, data and video transmission services over fixed or mobile platforms. Students at the Alcatel-Lucent University-Istanbul centre will receive training regarding the functionality of Alcatel-Lucent products, applications and services through consultative learning services. Locally, Alcatel-Lucent has aligned with local educational institutions, including Sabanci University, Istanbul Technical University, Bahcesehir University and Istanbul University to broaden employee professional development and skills development.
