Priceline.com Gets Connecticut Technology Council UHY Tech Top 40 Award

Priceline.com said that it is being recognized on October 22nd by the Connecticut Technology Council and UHY as a UHY Tech Top 40 company for 2009.

The list of 40 tech companies celebrates the fastest-growing technology companies in the state, the Company noted in a release. Priceline.com is being recognized in the category reserved for New Media/Internet/Telecom companies. The recognition event will be held this Thursday evening in Wallingford.

The Connecticut Technology Council and UHY compile the winners list based on revenue growth over the last four years. In priceline.com's case, the company has grown its revenues from $962.7 million in 2005 to $1.9 billion in 2008.
