ImmunoGen, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss its First Quarter Fiscal Year 2010 Financial Results

ImmunoGen, Inc. (Nasdaq:IMGN), a biotechnology company that develops targeted anticancer products, today announced that will host a conference call at 4:30 pm ET on Thursday, October 29, 2009 to discuss the Company's financial results for the three-month period ended September 30, 2009 -- the first quarter of ImmunoGen's 2010 fiscal year.
