HeadsUp Entertainment Inc. Announces Poker "Super Cruise" On Royal Caribbean's "Freedom of the Seas"

HeadsUp Entertainment Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of HeadsUp Entertainment International Inc. (the "Company") (PINK SHEETS:HDUP) is pleased to announce that it has completed an agreement with CI Travel to host a "Poker Super Cruise" on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines "Freedom of the Seas", one of the world's premiere sailing vessels. Partnered with the World Poker Showdown, this co-branded event takes place April 25th to May 2nd 2010 and features a series of tournaments ranging in buy in's from $340 to the $2700 Main Event. Ports of call include the Bahamas, St. Thomas and St. Maarten and a full itinerary can be seen at www.royalcaribbean.com.

The event will be sanctioned by the Canadian Poker Tour (operated by HDUP) as a qualifying event towards its "Players Point Championships" and is expected to attract players from around the world. Celebrity and professional poker player attendees will be announced in the coming months and negotiations are underway with sponsors for full television coverage of the Main Event. This event is part of the Company's strategy to develop revenues and opportunities internationally while monetizing its Canadian player base.

Poker tourism has grown to become a major profit centre for the Company as they generate revenue from administration fees along with cash game rake revenue. This event will be one of the most profitable proprietary events throughout the year.
