RCN Corporation's Smart Cars to Lead New York's Village Halloween Parade

RCN Corporation (http://www.rcn.com/) announced today that it will partner with Village Voice Media, www.villagevoice.com, and participate in New York's Village Halloween Parade (http://www.halloween-nyc.com/). RCN will help kick off the ghoulish festivities with two RCN-branded smart cars leading the parade and a vampire-themed float.

Now in its 36th year, the event will include thousands of costumed participants, hundreds of puppets as well as dozens of bands, dancers and artists in a Mardi Gras-like atmosphere. All those in costume are welcome to join the undead in the parade. This year's theme is Terra Incognita or unknown land.

Known as the nation's largest public Halloween celebration, more than two million people are expected to attend the event on October 31 from 7pm - 11pm on Sixth Avenue in Greenwich Village. For more info go to: http://www.halloween-nyc.com/
