Lion Capital Holdings acquires DeFi Mobile

Lion Capital Holdings, Inc. has acquired DeFi Mobile, Ltd., a mobile communications company that provides IP platform for mobile applications and services, in a stock-for-stock transaction.

Both the companies are based in the US. Following the transaction, Lion Capital Holdings is considering changing its name to DeFi, Inc.

Lion Capital Holdings was engaged in manufacturing copper and fiber optic specialty custom cabling for the data and telecommunications industries.
