Rex Energy Corporation ("Rex Energy") (Nasdaq:REXX) announced that is has rescheduled its third quarter 2009 earnings release to Thursday, November 5, 2009 after the market closes. The company will now host its conference call and webcast to review financial and operating highlights on Friday, November 6, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. Representing Rex Energy on the call will be Benjamin W. Hulburt, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Thomas C. Stabley, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
