ON Semiconductor introduces new 30 volt Trench MOSFET solutions

Supplier of silicon solutions ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq:ONNN) announced on Tuesday the launch of 24 new high-density Trench MOSFETs.

The new NTD49xx, NTMFS49x, NTTFS49x and NTMS49x series of 30 volt N-channel devices are designed to improve switching performance and overall power efficiency for computing and game console applications.

The new series of MOSFETs, available in DPAK, SO-8FL, u8FL and SOIC-8 packages, utilise ON Semiconductor's Trench technology for enhanced on-state resistance [RDS(on)] and improved switching performance for synchronous DC-to-DC converters in PC, server, game console, VRM and point-of-load applications.

The NTD49x series of 32 to 79 ampere (A) devices are priced at USD0.28 to USD0.50 per unit; the NTMFS49x series of 35 to 166 A devices are priced at USD0.26 to USD0.50 per unit; the NTTFS49x series of 34 to 79 A devices are available at USD0.30 to USD0.60 per unit; and the NTMS49x series of 12.5 to 17 A devices are offered at USD0.30 to USD0.80 per unit. All prices are for 10,000-unit quantities.
