DDS Wireless Announces Several Significant Taxi Deals

DDS Wireless (TSX: DD) is pleased to announce that its taxi business unit, Digital Dispatch, recently signed three significant customers for its TaxiBook(TM) bundled subscription service. The largest of these is Tectrans Inc. of Los Angeles, which has contracted for 90 vehicles and is utilizing TaxiBook(TM) as a platform to integrate newly acquired taxi fleets. All of these deals are significant as they represent deployments well in excess of the current average fleet size for TaxiBook(TM) and demonstrate the flexibility, scalability and rapid deployment of the solution.

Digital Dispatch has also been awarded a contract with a large taxi and limousine operator with over 1,000 vehicles in a major US travel destination. The contract covers the installation of Digital Dispatch's Pathfinder(TM) taxi dispatch system and an initial deployment of mobile data terminals for 130 vehicles.

These contracts have a combined value of approximately $800,000.
