Media Advisory/Photo Op: Zombiefeet 2009 in the Groove Tournament at XSCAPE Entertainment Centre

Cineplex Entertainment (TSX:CGX.UN) -

WHAT:    XSCAPE Entertainment Centre is pleased to host a spooktacular dance
         competition, Zombiefeet 2009 In the Groove tournament, on Saturday,
         October 31st.

         The tournament will feature custom-designed songs and two ITG2
         machines (arcade dance games) where contestants will step with
         precision to high energy, fast paced songs to compete for the
         highest score. There will be lots of prizes throughout the day
         including cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and a Best Costume
         prize!

         To enter the tournament, competitors must fill out the registration
         form by visiting www.zombiefeet.net.

WHEN:    Saturday, October 31st; registration begins at 12 pm with the
         qualifying round beginning at 1 pm. Final rounds are expected to
         start at 5:00pm.

WHERE:   XSCAPE Entertainment Centre (inside SilverCity Newmarket Cinemas),
         18151 Yonge Street, Newmarket, Ontario
