Dynamic Announces Unit Offering

Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DYA) ("Dynamic" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce a proposed private placement financing for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000 of units (each a "Unit") at a price of $0.06 per Unit. Each unit will consist of one common share of Dynamic (a "Common Share") and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional Common Share at a price of $0.15 for a period of 5 years from closing. Closing is expected to occur in multiple tranches, as subscription proceeds and supporting documentation are received. The proceeds from this offering will be used for research and development, sales and marketing and for general working capital purposes. This offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
