Univision Communications Inc., the leading Spanish-language media company in the U.S., will conduct a conference call to discuss its third quarter financial results at 4:30 pm ET/1:30 pm PT on Tuesday, November 3, 2009. As a result of the recent amendment to Univision's 2011 Indenture, the Company's reporting covenant was eliminated, and as a result, the Company will no longer publicly file annual, quarterly and current reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
