Air Berlin signs co-operation agreement with Bangkok Airways

Air Berlin has signed a co-operation agreement with Bangkok Airways to strengthen its presence in Thailand.
Air Berlin has said that its passengers can now book connecting flights from Bangkok to Koh Samui, Chiang Mai and Phuket, in addition to the direct flights already available to Bangkok and Phuket.
In winter 2009-10, Air Berlin will be operating four non-stop services a week from Dusseldorf, three non-stop services a week from Berlin-Tegel, and two non-stop services a week from Munich to Bangkok.
The feeder flights will reportedly be available from Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden, Cologne, Munster-Osnabruck, Nuremberg, Vienna and Zurich.
