Chevron declares quarterly common stock dividend of USD0.68 per share

The board of directors of integrated energy company Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX) announced on Wednesday a dividend of USD0.68 per share for the quarter.

This dividend will be paid on 10 December 2009 to all holders of common stock of record at the close of business on 18 November 2009.
