EDMONTON, ALBERTA, Oct 29, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) --

Titan Logix Corp., (TSX VENTURE:TLA), announces the resignation of James Besler from his position on Titan's board of directors for personal reasons, effective October 18, 2009. Mr. Besler has been a director of the Company since January 1998.

The board of directors and management wish to thank Mr. Besler for his years of service and valuable contributions to the Company.
