COPsync Contracted By Tom Green County Sheriff's Office

October 29, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- COPsync, Inc. (OTCBB: COYN), a software technology provider to law enforcement and emergency service professionals, announced that Tom Green County Sheriff's Office has entered into contract with COPsync, Inc. to install its real-time data collection and information sharing software in the County's patrol vehicles.

The term of the contract is for 48-months and has a total contract value of approximately $340,000.

COPsync's in-car software assists officers in all of the activities that they could expect to encounter while on duty, in a simple format and at the touch of a button. In addition to real-time information sharing capabilities, the software includes data collection user interfaces designed by law enforcement officers to expedite the paperwork process allowing officers to do their job more efficiently.

The COPsync software is the first and only integrated software product that provides a real-time, in-car, nationwide information-sharing network for law enforcement officers. Via a laptop computer or hand-held device, the user is able to immediately identify criminals, communicate with other officers, and access life saving and mission critical information.
