F5 Networks, Inc., a provider of Application Delivery Networking (ADN), announced that it has completed validated integration testing of its Big-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and WebAccelerator products with Oracle applications, through the Oracle PartnerNetwork Application Integration Architecture for Partners (AIAP) initiative.
F5 said it achieved Oracle Validated Integration for BIG-IP LTM and WebAccelerator with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.0, Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise 9.0, and Oracle's Siebel CRM 8.0. By choosing Oracle Validated Integration solutions, customers can be confident that these F5/Oracle product integrations: have been tested and validated as functionally and technically sound; are integrated with Oracle Applications in a standards-based way; and that the integrations operate and perform as documented.
The company said these validations, completed through the AIAP initiative, build on F5's existing portfolio of solutions for Oracle applications.
"Validation through Oracle PartnerNetwork Application Integration Architecture for Partners gives customers confidence that integrations between Oracle Applications and complementary partner solutions have been tested and work together as designed," said Kevin O'Brien, Senior Director, ISV and SaaS Strategy at Oracle. "This can help reduce risk, improve system implementation cycles, and provide for smoother upgrades and simpler maintenance. We're pleased to validate the integrations of BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and WebAccelerator with Oracle applications."
"We're proud of our longstanding relationship with Oracle," said Calvin Rowland, VP, Application Partner Program at F5. "Validation through the AIAP initiative places a seal of approval on the success we've had integrating BIG-IP products with Oracle applications. Integrations between F5 solutions and Oracle help customers reduce CapEx and OpEx costs associated with application deployment and boost business performance."
