Magnum Energy Announces Grant of Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Oct 30, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --

MAGNUM ENERGY INC. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MEN) is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, an aggregate of 575,000 stock options have been granted to directors, officers and consultants of the Company, exercisable at a price of $0.37 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant. The options have been granted in accordance with the Company's stock option plan.
