Univision Schedules Conference Call

Univision Communications, a Spanish-language media company in the U.S., will conduct a conference call to discuss its third quarter financial results at 4:30 pm ET/1:30 pm PT on Tuesday, November 3.

A press release summarizing its third quarter financial results will be available on Univision's website at http://ir.univision.net/ after the close of business on Monday, November 2.

As a result of the recent amendment to Univision's 2011 Indenture, the company's reporting covenant was eliminated, and as a result, the company will no longer publicly file annual, quarterly and current reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
