Berkshire Hathaway Sold Almost 1.2 Million Shares Of Moody's (BRK.A,MCO)

11/1/2009 - Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE:BRK.A) has sold almost 1.2 million shares of Moody's Corp. (NYSE:MCO) stock as it keeps cutting its stake in the company. The sales were revealed in documents filed with the SEC on Friday. The company has reduced its stake in Moody's considerably since March 31, when it held 48 million shares.
