NOTICE TEXT: Department of Homeland Security Office of the Chief Procurement Officer Office of Procurement Operations The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science & Technology (S&T) Directorate, hereafter referred to as DHS S&T, invites small business concerns to submit proposals under this Solicitation for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program.
