Perot Systems completes acquisition of BearingPoint

Perot Systems Corporation (NYSE:PER) announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Chinese management and technical consulting company BearingPoint Management Consulting (Shanghai) Ltd.

The provider of IT services and solutions said that the action follows recent approvals of the transaction by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and the US Bankruptcy Court and will extend the reach and capabilities of Perot Systems in China.

No financial details of the acquisition were disclosed.
