TSX Delisting Review - ART Advanced Research Technologies Inc. (ARA, ARA.PR.A, ARA.PR.B)

DELISTING REVIEW - ART Advanced Research Technologies Inc. (the "Company") - TSX is reviewing the Common Shares (Symbol: ARA), the Series 1 Preferred Shares (Symbol: ARA.PR.A) and the Series 2 Preferred Shares (Symbol: ARA.PR.B) of the Company (collectively, the "Securities") with respect to meeting the requirements for continued listing pursuant to the Expedited Review Process. The Securities are suspended from trading immediately.
