Big Star Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BMGI) (the "Company") today announced that it expects to complete the accounting activity necessary to finalize its financial reports for the fiscal years ended 2008 and 2009 within the next thirty days. The Company's fiscal year end is September 30.

Accordingly, the Company's management expects to publish its Company Information and Disclosure Statement through the OTC Disclosure and News Service, which will incorporate these financials statements within thirty days.
