Oneida Financial adds Nancy Ryan to its board

3 November 2009 - US-based Oneida Financial Corp (NASDAQ:ONFC), the parent of Oneida Savings Bank, has welcomed Nancy N Ryan to its board of directors.

The addition that brings the number of board members to eleven is effective from 1 November.

Mrs Ryan, who has more than 30 years of experience in the medical equipment industry, will also join the management board of Oneida Savings Bank.

At 30 September 2009, Oneida Financial's assets totalled USD574.1m (EUR391.6m) and shareholders' equity stood at USD57.1m.
